Last days in Tampere

Well, we’ve had quite a relaxing time here in Tampere. Soon it will be time to get our legs moving again and explore more cities/countries. Tomorrow we leave for Bremen, Germany.

Nice dinner with the family. Since there is forest all around the area they pick their own mushrooms and we were able to try some that they’ve had for a year or two. They were delicious with the steak!

We went on another hike with the dogs, we sure are going to miss them when we leave.

Yesterday while the family was out, we took a bus into town and explored the area.

There is an arena for track and field. Luckily the gates were open so we took a peek.

We proceeded over a suspension bridge to a tiny outdoor market overlooking the river.

While walking through town we happened to look down an entryway and we found a hidden indoor market with butchers, cheese shops, pastries, florists, small caf├ęs and other shops.
